Blackburn, Hagerty Speak With Fort Campbell Servicemembers Before Deployment

U.S. Senators Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) and Bill Hagerty (R-Tenn.) spoke with soldiers from the 101st Airborne Division prior to their deployment to U.S. Army Europe Area of Operations in support of Joint Task Force Dragon. Fort Campbell units will join elements of the 18th Airborne Corps already deployed to the region.
“Today, the brave men and women from Fort Campbell received orders to assist in Joint Task Force Dragon. These soldiers will deploy to U.S. Army Europe Area of Operations to reassure our partners and allies that the United States of America stands for freedom. We will not allow Vladimir Putin to reassemble the Soviet Union.
