U.S. Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.) released the following statement after her office received news that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is “approving a Stay of Removal for one year” for the Romeike family.

Senator Blackburn recently sent a letter asking the Biden administration to reverse course and allow the Romeike family to continue their lives in Morristown, Tennessee.
